LARGE MEDALLIONS

Medallions (over 1 1/2" in size) are available in quantities as low as 50 pieces. These are usefull for bumper badges, paper weights, attachments to award plaques, license plates and trophies.....etc. These large Cloisonne (hard enamel) medallions are heavy and the quality can be felt as well as seen. Because of the available detail in a piece this large, prices are quoted upon receipt of artwork. The following are some considerations when designing large hard enamel medalions:

Holes offer the best way to attach these to almost any surface. We can provide a threaded stud with a lockwasher and nut but overtightning will eventually pull the stud off the piece.
Your design should avoid large flat plated areas.
The Cloisonne (hard enamel) process requires a plated metal boarder separating all colors.
