DIE CHARGES:
Up to 1" - $72.00 |
1 1/8" to 1 1/2" - $96.00 |
Measure the largest dimension.
Add $36.00 each for center cut-outs.
Add $36.00 for loop tooling.
3-Dimensional die charges quoted on request.
COLORS:
Above prices include up to 4 colors.
Add .07 for each additional color, (.11 each for lasered)
Neon colors are available in soft enamel - .14 per color extra.
EPOXY DOME:
.06 each up to 1", .12 each for
1" and over.
PLATING:
Above prices include 14K gold,
silver, bronze & copper overlay.
Add .09 each for antique gold, antique silver, or black metal.
PRODUCTION TIME:
3 to 5 weeks average.

HARD FIRED ENAMEL
(CLOISONNÉ)
A die is manufactured from your artwork.
It is loaded into a stamping press and copper blankes are produced.
The recesses in the blanks are filled with finely ground glass color
pigments. All colors must be separated by a copper border in the die.
It is than baked at 1300 degrees for 3 hours and the glass color pigments
turn into porcelain. The piece is than surface ground and polished.
Plating comes next and it only adheres to the copper surfaces.
Finally the piece is buffed and individually poly bagged. This
is the most common type of production. 96% of our business is done
in this process.

LASERED COLORS ON
100% HARD FIRED CLOISONNÉ
The same die and pigment color as hard enamel
except form or all of the colors are lasered onto the piece as a final step.
This does not require a plated metal border around all
colors.

SOFT ENAMEL
(DIE STRUCK AND ENAMEL FILLED)
A die is manufactured from your artwork.
It is loaded into a stamping press and copper blanks are produced.
The recesses are slightly deeper in this process than for hard enamel.
The piece is plated and the recesses are hand filled with enamel.
This is an economical alternative to the hard fired
Cloisonne.

HIGH POLISHED
METAL
WITH SANDBLASTED
BACKGROUND
A die is manufactured from your artwork. It
is loaded into a stamping press and copper blanks are produced. The
piece is sandblasted to a matt luster finish. Than the high ridges
of the piece are polished and plated. This is extremely nice in antique
finishes. Colors can be used and are considered extra.

PHOTO ETCHED
(ETCHED WITH SOFT ENAMEL FILL)
Your design is screen printed on pre-stamped
metal blanks. They are than exposed to acid and the non-screened areas
etch to a recess. The pieces are plated and hand filled with soft enamel.
These are very cost effective.
